HOW DO I SIGN UP?

HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS?

Hit the link HERE and enter your details, and we’ll update them ASAP.

I DIDN’T GET MY FRIDAY TEXT, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

No good! Being a Friday, sometimes the texts are a bit slow to get going, give it till at least 3:00PM
Would also click HERE and re-enter your details, just to make sure that we’ve got them right for the future!
We sometimes have issues with the bloody phone companies messing us about, but we’ll always yell out via email if we know in advance.

In the event that you don’t receive your Friday text message, the bar staff should be able to enter your mobile number into a manual scanner to redeem your offer.

If you have an Android mobile device be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK inbox as the message falls in here sometimes too!

MY BIRTHDAY VOUCHER DIDN’T COME THROUGH, HOW DO I GET IT?

Bugger. Yell out to us via email and we’ll see what went wrong! Email info@thetradieclub.com.au.

Please note – Birthday vouchers are sent out 14 days prior to registered birthdays and are valid for 30 days.

I’VE OPTED OUT AND WANT BACK IN, CAN I DO THAT?
